En quelques mots

This small village is renowned for its white wines in the Aligoté grape variety. It is the first and only Village Appellation made from this grape variety.

Dégustation : Our Bouzeron has a bright yellow color. It reveals citrus aromas with hints of flint on the nose. On the palate, it reveals a balance between fruit and acidulous notes. A long and mineral finish.

Vinification

Fermentation

Immediately after the harvest, the grapes are pressed in whole bunches in a pneumatic press, then we statically settle the juice for 24 hours at 12°C to preserve its freshness. The wine is then aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 10 months and then bottled quickly in order to "lock in the fruit", a characteristic of Bouzeron wines.
