Aligoté Bottle - 75 cl

This small village part of the Chalonnais vineyards and located between the villages of Chagny and Rully, is renowned for its white wines made from the Aligoté grape. It is the first and only Village Appellation made from this grape variety.

Dégustation : This bright yellow wine reveals citrus aromas with hints of flint on the nose. On the palate, it reveals a balance between fruit and acidulous notes. A long and mineral finish.

Vinification

Fermentation

Immediately after the harvest, the grapes are pressed in whole bunches in a pneumatic press, then we statically settle the juice for 24 hours at 12°C to preserve its freshness. The wine is then matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 10 months and then bottled quickly to “lock in the fruit”, a characteristic of Bouzeron wines.
