The Restaurant Prosper is an invitation to the pleasures of tasting the great wines of Burgundy, to savour refined local cuisine and to share this moment in an exceptional setting.
The sincerity and the terroir approach of the chefs' cooking echo the philosophy that the Piffaut family instills in the Maison Prosper Maufoux in the elaboration of the wines from its prestigious Burgundy appellations. Chef Edouard Mignot excels alongside his partner, Emilie Rey, Pastry Chef. Entrusting the keys to the Prosper restaurant to this duo, already established in the neighbouring village of Chassagne-Montrachet, was a natural choice.
