Situation géographique et terroir
This small village, part of the Chalonnais vineyards and located between the villages of Chagny and Rully, is renowned for its white wines made from the Aligoté grape. It is the first and only Village Appellation made from this grape variety.
Immediately after the harvest, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press and then we statically settle the juice for 24 hours at 12°C to preserve its freshness. The wine is then matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 10 months and then bottled quickly to "lock in the fruit", a characteristic of Bouzeron wines.
