En quelques mots

Located 18km south-east of Beaune, this village appellation is situated under the Château de Saint-Aubin, nestled in the hollow of a combe. This climate benefits from the colluviums at the bottom of the valley, which ensure a significant drainage of the vineyard.

Dégustation : This pale gold coloured wine has an elegant nose with citrus aromas. A powerful and fresh wine that reveals a saline palate with subtle hints of wood and almond, characteristic of its barrel ageing.
Accord Mets & Vins : Shellfish / Oysters / Seafood, Fish, White meat and poultry
