Montagny, exclusively white, is a reference appellation of the Côte Chalonnaise, the clay-limestone soils are a perfect terroir for Chardonnay. The grapes for our Montagny come from the commune of Saint Vallerin in the Buxy region.

Dégustation : It is a structured and fine wine with a beautiful golden colour tinged with green. The bouquet is delicate with honeysuckle and fern, yellow fruit and fresh mineral notes. On the palate, there is a certain freshness accompanied by spicy aromas such as hazelnut.

Description

Montagny, exclusively white, is a reference appellation of the Côte Chalonnaise, the clay-limestone soils are a perfect terroir for Chardonnay. The grapes for our Montagny come from the commune of Saint Vallerin in the Buxy region. The wine is marked by a fairly strong minerality as well as aromas of honeysuckle and fern.

Fermentation

Vinification and maturation in French oak barrels with a percentage of new barrels of 40%. The wine is aged for approximately 12 months, with light filtration before bottling.
