Bordered by Meursault to the North and Chassagne-Montrachet to the South, the Puligny-Montrachet appellation is at the heart of this favoured terroir for the world’s best Chardonnays, including the famous Montrachet.

Dégustation : This wine has a clear, pure golden yellow color. The first nose is discreet and progressively evolves towards aromas of yellow fruits, quince and sweet spices. On the finish, this great white wine is generous, soft and delicious.

Vinification

Fermentation

Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are pressed in whole bunches in a pneumatic press, and then the juice is statically settled for 24 hours at 12°C. The musts are then put directly into barrels and the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out.
