This wine was named after its generous donor, Joseph Menault, who donated his vines to the Hôtel-Dieu in 1992.
Dégustation :
This pale yellow wine has a complex, aromatic nose with citrus notes such as lemon and hints of grapefruit. This wine has a beautiful character and is round, soft and mineral on the palate.

Description
This wine was named after its generous donor, Joseph Menault, who donated his vines to the Hôtel-Dieu in 1992. The entire vineyard was replanted in 1996 and 1997. The village of Saint-Romain is situated below the rocky cliffs, west of Meursault. The Cuvee comes from 2 parcels: the extremely steep “Village Haut”, situated at an altitude of over 400 meters, near the highest point of Saint-Romain, and the “Sous la Velle”, situated 50 meters below.
