Fast and careful delivery
The items in your order will be carefully packed by our team with specific packaging and secured against breakage. Products ordered on the Prosper Maufoux website are delivered by Chronopost or Geodis. Delivery only in metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco). Delivery rates vary according to the delivery method selected.
Orders received from Monday to Friday are usually prepared the same day, or the following day. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are usually prepared on the following Monday or Tuesday. Subject to availability of items.
To track your parcel, enter your tracking number on our partners' website, which you received by email when your order was shipped.
