Côte Chalonnaise
Bouzeron 2019
Aligoté
Bottle - 75 cl
This small village part of the Chalonnais vineyards and located between the villages of Chagny and Rully, is renowned for its white wines made from the Aligoté grape. It is the first and only Village Appellation made from this grape variety.
Dégustation :
Our Bouzeron has a golden yellow colour. It reveals citrus aromas such as grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, it reveals a balance between fruit and acidulous notes, which gives it a nice tone and an iodine finish.

Vinification
Fermentation
Immediately after the harvest, the grapes are pressed in whole bunches in a pneumatic press, then we statically settle the juice for 24 hours at 12°C to preserve its freshness. The wine is then matured on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 10 months and then bottled quickly to “lock in the fruit”, a characteristic of Bouzeron wines.
