Tasting :
Domaine de la Vigne au Roy is characteristic of a wine with a beautiful vivacity. The nose of our Burgundy Hautes-Côtes de Nuits reveals fruit and citrus aromas that combine harmoniously. On the palate, we find its tension and density, with a final note of flint.

DescriptionThis vineyard is located between 300 and 400 meters in altitude. The vineyard occupies the slopes of the valleys incising the Jurassic limestone plateaus, to the west of the Côte-de-Nuits. The composition is identical to that of the Côte-de-Nuits, but the surface formations are very thin, or even non-existent. The clay-limestone soils result from the alteration of the limestone and marl of the substratum.
