Dégustation :
Our Corton Grand Cru Cuvée Docteur Peste 2002 has a garnet-red colour. It reveals an intensely aromatic nose, where aromas of red fruits are expressed along with spicy notes. On the palate, the red fruit aromas are combined with black fruit and leather notes. It reveals a beautiful structure and a good length.

Description
Jean-Louis Peste was a doctor at the Hôtel-Dieu for over 30 years and was even mayor of Beaune for two years. In the continuity of his actions towards the sick and the most needy, his daughter the Baroness of Baÿ, bequeathed a large estate to the Hospices in 1924. This cuvée comes from 3 different parcels: Les Chaumes, Les Bressandes and Les Grèves, the majority of which were planted before 1985.
